ECU Case Blasting Service

This service only covers the single ecu casing as pictured, if you need a service for covers or to purchase covers please contact us before ordering.

This Service can be used as an add on with another  ECU service or be used independently to dress up and clean an existing ecu case. We will remove the entire computer board from the case and media blast to a bare aluminum casting finish. This is great for cases that are dirty/ oily, or have extreme pitting and corrosion present where you need to remove or neutralize the contamination.

Please note when removing old screws/nuts/bolts/etc. Rusty threads and corroded metal can cause the screw to be stripped or seized into the case. We do our best to remove each one with care however this is not enough to guarantee there will not be a screw or many that may require grinding, cutting, or another form or removal that allows us to extract the computer board. We do not take responsibility for any damaged screws or threads during this process. This service does not include removal of a stripped screw or it's thread repair if the screw is seized into the case. If you are concerned about or want to guarantee there will be no damaged screws or threads for your case then please remove the computer board yourself before mailing us the case.

Typical labor time is 3-5 days based on our shops work load at the time of your ECU being delivered.
