All customers located outside of the State of Florida are solely responsible for paying their state's sales tax rate on any items purchased from Burton Racing.

All Burton Racing products and any other products/items sold or offered by Burton Racing are not intended or approved for vehicle use, this means ANY vehicle use regardless of road use, private use, racing only, even sanctioned racing events or registrations. We do not approve any product nor sell products to be used or intended for use/to be equipped on ANY motor vehicle period. Any description, picture, video or other property, suggestion or reference to takes precedent to the statements in these terms of service policy regardless of past, present, or future usage. Any type of media including those previously stated can not be used to suggest or interpret compatibility for any application. Our titles, media, and descriptions merely suggest that a part is designed to replicate in appearance only not functionality nor to be used as a replacement component. All parts or items sold/offered are merely for use as custom developmental parts and/or appearance for non motor vehicle applications specifically that of which is 100% completely custom, not intended for any chassis, engine or combination of which that has ever been registered, identified, or provided to the public as a motor vehicle. No purchases are to be made under the pretense that they are for vehicle use. This includes any and all items listed on this website or any other form of listing agent IE: Amazon, Ebay, Social Media shopping outlets or sources, including 3rd party and second hand transactions of any items that may have been marketed, engineered, or provided by Burton Racing. Buyer assumes all responsibility for the use and application of the product(s) they purchase whether direct or indirect. Burton Racing is not responsible for damages or loss (mental, physical or financial) that may occur. Any purchase/use of a Burton Racing product, service, or offering is implied consent to these terms of use.
