PORTS AND FITTINGS

All three fuel rail ports are tapped for 8AN ORB.

8AN ORB Adapter Fittings.
8AN ORB Direct Mount Regulators.
8AN ORB Fuel Pulse Dampers.
Fuel Pressure Gauge Adapters.

Appropriate fittings must be selected based on the specific application. Ample space around the fuel rail port(s) is necessary for larger accessories such as fuel pressure regulators, fuel pressure gauges, and fuel pulse dampers.

Manufactured with a large 0.69" internal bore, the fuel rail can support all necessary engine power requirements. The rail is CNC machined from solid 6061 aluminum and bright-dip anodized for a high-quality surface finish. It is compatible with all fuel types including popular alcohol mixtures such as E85.

FUEL INJECTOR COMPATIBILITY

This fuel rail is compatible with factory or OEM equivalent fuel injectors. If upgrading fuel injectors, consult your aftermarket injector supplier for details. Radium Engineering cannot specify any further injector dimensions other than stating ‘OEM equivalent’.

Configurations

20-0112-12 Fuel Rail, EVO X
This basic kit includes only the items. Replacement stainless steel fuel rail bolts and FPR line bolts are included. All fittings must be purchased separately.

20-0112-PK Fuel Rail Plumbing Kit, EVO X
This option includes everything shown in the picture below and allows easy hookup to the factory feed line and re-uses the factory fuel pressure regulator.
-1x  20-0290 5/16in SAE to 6AN Male fitting to adapt the incoming fuel line to 6AN male near the firewall.
-1x  Pre-fabricated 24" long 6AN PTFE hose with 45deg and 90deg swivel ends is included to replace the OEM fuel line.
-1x  14-0151 8AN ORB to 6AN Male Fitting to adapt the 6AN hose to fuel rail inlet port.
-1x  20-0301 FPR Adapter is included for the outlet port permitting the reuse of the OEM pressure regulator.
-1x  14-0150 8AN ORB Plug is included for the top port.
