RaceQuip SFI 3.3-rated socks are knitted from a blend of aramid and FRC fabrics to create a comfortable fire-retardant garment. The properties of this unique fabric structure result in a lightweight material that performs like Nomex® but is much more cost-effective. The Fire-Retardant Cotton (FRC) component of the fabric promotes a soft and supple lightweight feel. Because it's hypoallergenic, it won't irritate your skin, unlike some other materials. This proprietary fabric blend is also excellent at wicking away moisture from the skin and drying quickly. All RaceQuip fire-retardant underwear garments are machine-washable and retain their shape well. They exceed the SFI 3.3 rating and are available in black, in sizes ranging from XX-Small to 2XL. Keep in mind that racing underwear is designed and built to fit snugly, so consider going up one size for a looser fit.
