The RaceQuip Euro Carbon-L SFI-5 Racing Shoe has all the features you would expect to find in a shoe costing much more. This lightweight, flexible design incorporates durable construction features such as reinforced laces, toes, and heel areas, as well as double-stitched seams. The high-traction molded, flexible rubber sole extends up the back of the shoe, providing extra support for your heel while driving. The design also utilizes RaceQuip's unique Achilles flex opening in the back to allow for easy foot extension. RaceQuip has added Carbon-L wear pads on both sides of the toe for added protection and durability in high-heat and high-wear areas. These race driving shoes feature a soft suede leather outer layer with contrasting stitching and European styling, giving the shoe a unique look. The liner is constructed of flame-retardant Pyrovatex® and has additional padding at the ankles. The internal arch support is not commonly found in many motorsports shoes, but it significantly increases comfort when wearing them for an extended period. Weighing approximately 30% less than comparable auto racing shoes, this design perfectly blends lightweight construction, durability, comfort, and pedal feel. It exceeds the SFI 3.3A/5 rating and is available in black in men's sizes ranging from 1 to 20.
