This is a 2 disc 6 spring clutch. It would be used in the Superstock Briggs flathead class on a track requiring very light clutch usage. Light clutch usage would be a result of either a light kart or a track that is very large with wide sweeping corners that do not require frequent engagement of the clutch throughout the race.
