REMOTE MOUNT FUEL FILLER
A remote-mounted fuel filler is NOT located directly on the fuel tank or fuel cell, but rather somewhere else on the vehicle, such as the fender.

20-0505-V Remote Mount Fuel Filler, 1.5in, Vented
The fuel filler typically secures to the vehicle body. The vented fuel cap has roll-over protection if the vehicle ever becomes inverted. The fill neck has a machined hose barb connection for 1.5" filler hose. The outer diameter is 4.75" and uses 4.25" P.C.D for the five M5 bolts. Total height is 4.1". Requires a 77mm (3.03") hole to be fabricated.

20-0527 FCST 6-Bolt, Remote Mount Fill Neck, Straight, 1.5in Barb
This fill neck is primarily used with a body-mounted remote filler (not included). The fill neck has a machined hose barb connection for a 1.5" filler hose. The fill neck features a flapper check valve for rollover protection.

20-0547 FCST 6-Bolt, Remote Mount Fill Neck, 24AN Elbow, 1.5in Barb
This fill neck is primarily used with a body-mounted remote filler (see 20-0505-V). The -24AN fill neck mates to a 24AN hose end capable of 360-degree rotation. It features a 75-degree elbow and uses a 1.5" barb. A bespoke 1-7/8" aluminum wrench is provided for tightening the B-nut and preventing marring. The fill neck features a flapper check valve for rollover protection.

This hose is convoluted permitting tight bends. The helical wires resist hose kinking. It is compatible with all fuel types and has a long life span.

20-0602 Fuel Fill Neck Hose Kit, 1.5in, Clear
This fill hose is perfect for applications that need a visualization of the fuel dynamically filling. Depending on the fuel type used, the clear hose may become cloudy and translucent over time. Unlike the black reinforced filler hose, this clear hose should be inspected occasionally and replaced if needed.
